Alliance Technical Services, Inc. and Marine Hydraulics International entered into a SBA approved Mentor/Protege agreement in 2004.  This agreement has offered additional resources, equipment and contracting opportunities to ATS.  Some of the major milestones that have been accomplished to date include the following:

•  Decommissioned USS LaSalle (AGF-3)

•  Established as a preferred subcontractor to MHI

•  Received significant infrastructure development support

•  Received investment capital and operational line of credit

ATS support to Marine Hydraulics Multi-ship/Multi-option (MSMO) includes:

• Gas Turbine exhaust upgrades

• Flight Deck safety net upgrades

• Gas cylinder storage modifications

• CWIS alterations

• Piping repairs

• Ballistic and water tight closure repairs

• Structural repairs

• Installations for multiple Ship-ALT(s) and AER(s)
